Thermotherapy

Thermotherapy is a method of physical therapy in which heat is used in a targeted way to achieve a therapeutic effect on the body.

PEAT PACK

Particularly suitable for:
  • Joint and mobility problems – helpful for osteoarthritis, rheumatic conditions and muscle tension.
  • Muscle stiffness – relaxes overworked muscles and supports regeneration.
  • Improved blood circulation – warms the affected area in a targeted way and improves circulation.

TIP: The organic substances in peat have beneficial effects on the body. A 15-minute treatment before a classic or aroma massage enhances the therapeutic effect.

Form of treatment:
  • A single-use warm peat pack is applied locally to the affected area (e.g. spine, joints) or used as preparation before a massage.

Paraffin Pack

Particularly suitable for:
  • Joint and mobility problems – supports treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatic conditions and tendon irritation (e.g. tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome).
  • Muscle tension – relaxes overworked muscles and supports regeneration.
  • Improved blood circulation – stimulates circulation and accelerates tissue renewal.

TIP: A paraffin pack for the hands not only warms the joints but also provides intensive moisture for the skin.

Form of treatment:
  • A warm paraffin pack is applied locally to the spine, joints or muscles. As the paraffin cools, it slowly releases heat, deeply warming the treated area and supporting regeneration.
