Group Therapy
Targeted group exercises led by a physiotherapist help address specific health conditions.
Training takes place in groups that either share similar health issues or focus on a specific topic.
For spinal problems, physical activity plays a key role in both rehabilitation and the prevention of back pain.
The training is particularly suitable for people with a sedentary lifestyle and is appropriate for all age groups.
Depending on your individual condition, you can choose the suitable group activity – in the gym, in water or outdoors in nature.

Rehabilitation Training

Group exercise in the gym under the guidance of a physiotherapist, focusing on several areas:
- Breathing exercises – activates the diaphragm, improves breathing and strengthens chest muscles
- Spinal exercises – focused on the deep stabilisation system of the back
- SM System – active training with an elastic cord for effective prevention and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system

Water Gymnastics
- Back pain and musculoskeletal problems – supports both treatment and prevention
- Muscular imbalances – promotes upright posture and strengthens deep stabilising muscles
- Improvement of physical and mental fitness – relieves tension and increases overall vitality
TIP: Water exercises are gentle on the joints and are particularly suitable for mobilising weight-bearing joints such as the hips, knees and ankles.

- Breathing exercises – activates the diaphragm, improves breathing and strengthens chest muscles
- Spinal exercises – focused on activating the deep stabilisation system of the back

Nordic Walking

- Obesity and prevention of lifestyle diseases – effectively burns calories and improves overall fitness
TIP: Walking in nature is one of the most natural forms of movement – beneficial for both body and mind. Suitable for all age groups!
- Outdoor activity using special Nordic walking poles that activate up to 90 % of the body’s muscles.
The activity is led by a trained physiotherapist – poles can be borrowed on site.
