Treatments with Natural Mineral Water

For spa treatment, we use the Vincentka mineral spring together with nine other natural carbonated iodine mineral springs of the hydrogen carbonate–chloride–sodium type.

inhalaTION

Particularly suitable for:
  • Respiratory conditions – helps clear the airways, moisturises the mucous membranes and makes it easier to expel mucus (e.g. asthma, COPD, post-COVID syndrome)
  • Prevention of seasonal infections – strengthens mucosal immunity and helps protect against infections

TIP: Inhalation therapy strengthens the immune system, clears the airways and promotes a feeling of calm. For preventive purposes, at least five sessions are recommended.

Form of treatment:
  • Inhalation of aerosol from natural mineral water

Carbon Dioxide Bath

Particularly suitable for:
  • Joint and mobility problems – supports treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatism and other conditions that limit mobility
  • Chronic cough and respiratory conditions – promotes recovery in cases of long-term bronchitis
  • High blood pressure – improves circulation and helps lower blood pressure
  • After surgery and severe inflammation – accelerates healing and recovery
  • Nerve damage and neuropathies – relieves pain and improves sensitivity in the limbs
Form of treatment:
  • Bath in a special stainless-steel tub filled with natural mineral water with a high carbon dioxide content.
  • Additional additives such as peat, humate, Solfatan or iodine-bromine solution may be used.
After the bath, a resting phase in a dry wrap follows.

Contraindications
  • non-healing skin wounds
  • epilepsy

DRINKING CURE

Particularly suitable for:
  • Digestive system disorders and diabetes – supports the function of the stomach, intestines, pancreas and gallbladder
  • Respiratory conditions – promotes regeneration and moisturises the mucous membranes

TIP: Experience the healing power of the local mineral springs – try Vincentka, Ottovka, Nový Jubilejní, Dr. Šťastný or Aloiska.

Form of treatment:
  • The mineral water is drunk on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning between 6:00 and 8:00 and in the afternoon between 16:00 and 18:00.

The recommended daily amount is 400–500 ml, divided into two portions. One cup should be drunk slowly over 2–3 minutes, with a 10-minute break between portions. The drinking cure can be pleasantly combined with a leisurely walk.
